- must have some colour in it
- you are allowed to draw him together with other characters
- do not draw his left eye, he has none, read bio for more info
- draw as many submitions as you like, onlyone of your pics can a win a prize
- Please note me the submition.. I won't go browsing all dA everyday to find yours!!
